I hate comcast

For the past few days, we've been having problems with both phone and internet lately. They keep shortening out and it's affecting everyone in the neighborhood, not just us. They said their sending a senior tech guy to try to fix it. I really hope this gets fixed somehow. So if I'm not online, chances are it's out.
