RP hiatus update + real life crap

Grandpa has gotten much worse to the point where his dementia has upgraded to Alzheimer's, but at least he doesn't need to be in a special home yet (he's getting there since all of us have to take care of him more than ever). What's really bothering me right now is last night. He forgot who Uncle Jim was for a few minutes. A few minutes. Sure it doesn't sound like much, but it shows he's getting closer to the point where he won't remember who we are. *Sigh*

In case people wanted an update on my RP hiatus, I'm not any closer to ending it. I'm almost half-way done with my project and it'll take a couple more months to finish it. I may or may not go up to a slowtus/semi-hiatus for mayfield_rpg as I really don't wanna character-sit or drop when I've bearly have played there and I know I've been unfair to everyone. =/
