Drabble #1 - Father
I couldn't get it to be exactly 100 words, but it's close enough.
Yusei had little memory of his father, but he remembered the day he lost his father.
One day, his father walked up to him, bend down, and place his hands on his tiny shoulders. "Son, I have some bad news."
Yusei blinked in surprise. "What is it, dad?"
His father sighed. "Son, I'm going away for a while. I need you to be strong and become a man now. No matter what happens in the future, never give up on your friends. Ok?"
Yusei nodded, though he was confused. His father lets go and leaves. That would be the last time he would ever see his father again.
